    that’s my point, if you can’t breathe properly then you are not in fantastic shape at all.

    Hey this woman is genetically gifted it would seem but that does not guarantee long-term excellent health.

    What do they say ? Breath is life ? Try holding your breath for an hour or two and see what sort of shape you are in.

    a LOT of women can be gorgeous if they just worked on fitness, they can go from a 6 to 8/10 just from fitness alone.

    Well the technique is ok I guess, but then that is no huge deal because a blind dog with a note in it’s mouth can do that The thing is that she is barely breathing at all, as much as possible her breath is extremely shallow or she is just plain holding her breath….very poor form.

    It’s hard to get started but when you’ve got the routine it’s simple. Pilates is really fantastic. There is also some excellent stuff on this site

    If you google it you can find certain pilates exersies for you inner thigh. If it is your muscle I reckon you are saying(or stout whatever) this will help. And Yoga helps legthen your muscles too(shrink). Cant tell if you are a guy or girl by your user name but yoga is not just for guys. Im a girl, but my guy friends do yoga too. But this is manly for you abs(powerhouse).

    Yes, you will be doing both. Also try some fun cardio to help lose more weight, and overall toneing. Cardio(you probably already know) raises your heart rate. Rember it can be anything, not just running! An elpitcal is fantastic for cardio! I like it! Also do yoga. It will help alot. A workout plot should include cardio, stregth training, and flexibility. Pilates, yoga, and some cardio exercise is fantastic. Rember you can find yoga&pilates exercises on google or go to your gym :)

    When I feel like I need an extra tone up, I do these simple exersices(the ones in the video). I do them in the morning and at night. With some simple yoga poses. Really helps feeling clam, and relaxes you. :)

    Yay! I just checked out this video to see what Pilates really is, theres 3 classes a week at my gym, i didnt want to go in only to find out it wasn’t for. It buuuurnnns but I feel so proud everytime I accomplish it. Sooo going to pilates at the gym now.

    AGREED. Why do you have to be in lock-up to exercise? Pilates is in every gym/workout place right now. I just got into it and really like it alot.
