Well I have lost 25 pounds and I avoid satured fats and trans fats. If I try to strech my skin it feel tight. How do I know if I still have too much stout ? Maybe sculping the rest may work but since I got thin I can tense my arms and they get all defined but Im not growing too much muscle. Maybe going to the gym and getting a special diet =/ my money =( **crys**

@chechacaceres – You won’t see abs until you burn the stout from your body.. The body burns stout as a whole, not one area at a time.. There isn’t a way to have sculpted abs unless the rest of your body becomes lean and sculpted as well. Checkout “scooby1961″ He’s a amusing guy, and he also has some excellent videos on weight loss and training. Also, try reading about the simple science of the body, e.g. how stout burns, how muscle grows.. There are many resources for this information free online. Excellent luck

nah I dont cheat with food. Maybe Ill go to a gym and train with a personal couch. That way if I dont get results I can blame him ! lol

Are you giving your self time to recover?… like rest days? You muscles can’t grow if they don’t have the sufficient recovery time.

i use to make this mistake too. lets say your doing sit ups when your going up don’t bring your head up like your doing with your stomach just have your head still and let your body go up not your not suppose to make neck movements as well.

wtop asking this works it does but not for everybody if ur body has too much stout u gotta burn ur stout this will only owrk out abs meanin make them hard btu yea it burns a small stout. i fu want it quick do cardio with it. n eat healthy

every 2 days 1 workout a day
dont eat stout only lean chicken and drink muuuch water, you’ll see the results in like 6 months

3rd day (i started with a flat stomach) and i see a six pack coming in! Top two abs defined and bottom 4 are slightly visible! I like this workout!

@chechacaceres – You need at least an hour of cardio a day.. Drink more water, only eat leafy greens and lean chicken in small parts. Don’t cheat.. If you don’t suffer, you won’t see results..

I do feel the pain. I can see the muscles….. but you know its not like I want to. And I feel that for 4 months I dont have enough results to be pleased. Im still going to continue with the healthy diet and the exercise and weigh lifting. But Im like depressed that my abs are not toning like I want to =(

mmm look man, the ab workout that are here have to be done correctly i mean you can say “shit i can do this im going to skip it or find a way to make it much simpler cause i can do it” im telling you this cause when i started thats why i did but i then understood that i have to do it right and if it takes a lot of pain well who cares. I really wanted that 6 pack so i have to feel pain to gain it well then so be it. I am telling you man just do it right and feel the burn and you will see results.

hey I eat just like you. Only healthy food. Never more than 1500 calories a day. Train daily. I have been working out like 4 months and I still dont have a 6 pack. I dont have excecive stout and I can barely see my muscles =(

your not working it correctly, you have to place the pressure in the abs, not the neck.
