    At first I was doing this thinking ‘Ha! this is simple!’ by the third workout though I was giving myself a workout from laughing thinking ‘OMG this is seriously hard work!’

    HERE SUM ADVISE ON HOW 2 LOSE Stout AROUND UR THIGHS. K 1st start dieting cut down on stout and dont over eat. 2nd do not over excersise unless you want the stout 2 turn into muscle n u still look the same, just an hours walk everyday is excellent. 3rd Once the stout has been burnt off ur free to do extra workouts 2 tone it up. trust me i did it, it works :)
