How many warnings?
Because the one parent feels that child shouldn’t even be in the daycare, but I reckon the fitness center should try to solve the problem without having to kick anyone out.
What do you reckon or suggest?
Thank you

Give one warning and then go get the parent and see if they can solve the problem. If not they should be removed.

I would talk to the boy’s parents, then let them know in no uncertain terms that if this happens again the boy will no longer be accepted. Other children must be made to feel safe.

The fitness center should defer to the parent, tell the parent the behavior and give the parent a warning for what will happen if the behavior does not change….
If the parent gives permission for some sort of discipline then the worker should give one warning then remove the child from the others, make him stay by himself.
Before anything go to the parent.

I reckon there should be ONE warning. If it happens again, call the parent to remove the child. Sorry, but I don’t reckon other kids should be victimized by a 4 year ancient who is ancient enough to know. If he can’t even behave over the course of a couple of hours, the parent clearly has problems that you can’t solve.
